Britton began his career in the film business as a script supervisor rubbing elbows with many talented directors. He changed his career to the other side of the camera after his son was born to assure more time at home with him while continuing to pursue his dreams as a storyteller. After only two short years as an actor he was cast and directed by David Fincher for Mindhunter. It didn't quite have the storybook ending, but it's just another great teaching point. Thousands of people go out for auditions. Why should they pick you? You have to give them what they want when they don't even know exactly what it is they are looking for in the first place. You have to save the day! In order to do that, you have to be bold and make the right decisions while groundend in your work., but be careful not to overdo it. You have yourvhave tobetween a Co-Star audition for your favorite TV series and a Lead for a feature film. In essence, that is what we will teach you.
Britton worked alongside Michael Stuhlbarg and Hope Davis on "Your Honor" which was produced by Bryan Cranston. This is a prime example of understanding what they expect in a Co-Star Role. "Your Honor" first aired on Showtime and then spent a month at the #1 spot on Netflix.
You have to PAINT THE PICTURE! Britton has had the opportunity to be on screen with some of the biggest names in our industry. He had Will Smith in a headlock on "Emancipation" directed by Antoine Fuqua. This was prior to the "SLAP" so Will didn't exactly have it coming to him at the time. LOL! This audition required very little dialogue and tons of action. The story behind this booking alone is just one of the many valuable lessons you will learn along the way.

Britton has booked National Commercials. It's important to understand and know the difference between a commercial audition and an audition form film and television. They are all different in terms of attitude and pacing.
Britton worked for a week in Colorado on this National Chevy spot. It aired throughout the college and NFL playoffs. This was not your typical audition. The audition required you to tape outdoors rather against a backdrop.
